2008 Honda Civic tail light fuse is # 15 under the dash.
To change the tail light you have to take all of the carpeted material out of the side you want to change. If your car has a stock sub, to change the drivers side, it also has to come out. To change a bulb, pull the plug for desired bulb. If you want to remove the entire assembly there are 3 10mm nuts (deep well needed) and a some kind of a stabilizer catch. After nuts are off just pull it will come out. I've had two sets of aftermarket tail lights in mine. If you're thinking new tail lights, they don't make a better looking light than stock. That's just my opinion.
