The worth of 22k gold plated metal varies greatly based on the actual thickness of the plating. Very thing layers of gold plating are only worth a few dollars but thicker layers may be worth hundreds of dollars.
Sounds like you have gold plated silver. Value will be that of the silver- the amount of gold is negligible.
dont know about TOB, it may be an in house designation. the 10K is a designation of the gold content. 10 karats is considered junk. pure gold is 24 K, and is a soft metal, that requires diluting to firm it up. 18 K is considered the world standard of gold. most commercial jewerly is 14 K. less than 14 K is junk. a gold ring of 10 K would be worth about 10 cents, or you might find it in a cracker jack box. a ring of 14 K would be worth between $200 - $400. a ring of 18 K would be approx $800 - $4000. these values are for gold, not for gold plated. gold plated are simply not worth much of anything.
At 950 gold its worth about $3224 usd. You have to exchange that into GBP but probably around 2000
this means that the metal is plated with 14 k gold
About how much this plate worth
"pg" on a necklace, ring ect. stands for plated gold ; meaning the jewelry is not completely gold, its a different gold with 14k plated over it.
They are 24 k gold plated
It means its finished or plated in 14k gold or whatever
1 gram of 10 k gold worth
It doesn't mean anything without the K. "Warranted 22K gold" means that the gold is guaranteed to be of a certain purity, 22 carats or karats, which means about 91%. However, unless the K is there the warranty is meaningless and you could be looking at a piece of brass.
If it is a mark on jewelry, it means that the piece is 14 karat gold plated, not solid gold.
