The best way to explian this government is to start with thechildren everyone is given a state funded education until the age of 18 (just like we do here) only then the children receive a test at there final year of schooling upon completing this test and a look over of there academic and behavyural records they are placed into one of three groups or classes The higher this is done to encorage succsess in academics and good behaviour in life by instilling it at this young age and give the smartest most motivated higher chances of succsses in life. The people upon completing this test in there 18th year of life receive a photo i.d. card upon which is printed there picture there fingeprint there rank in society and a barcode wich will serve as there drivers license and debit card.(any forgery of this will be considered treaason and counterfitting and will be punished to the fulliest possible extent of the law)[now allow me to pause here because I loose alot of people here let me point out that these are simply things which we must have in place to allow this society to function by no meens is it big brother trying to watch you i meen in this government we don't give a flip what you do or even who you are as long as your productive to society. no it solves so many problems illeagal Immigration for one also it encourages people to use the debit system instead of the credit system promoting wise finiancial choices] Back to the test system The higher you score the more options that will be available to you for your jobs if you score at the top you may pick any job (excluding those that are beneath your rank such as you can't be a street sweeperand still get paid as a doctor would. once you have made your carier selection you will receive a completely free too you state funded education providded the selected job is withinyour classes requirements. however you must work at that profession until you have generated enough tax revenue to pay off the price of your education. at incredibly flexible rates mind you if you don't like your job you can pay it off sooner or if you love it and plan on beeing there a while go ahead take fifty years paying off the loan the state doesn't care. Or you can say screw that and attempt to pay for a higher education then what the state is willing to pay for you are by no meens bound to this system. Now contrary to other social classes based societies we have social mobility in ours for example a good way to get moved up is to show your motivation and determindness and join the army uponcompletion of your required time in the military you will be promoted in rank and receive more moeny then you normally would have and the option to reenlist or take a govrment funded education in some other field of intrest. Also if you make some great inveention like the automobile or the airplane you are promoted, ( and no im sorry but the snuggie does not count).

All forms of drugs would be banned with the exception of alchol go now if it were totally up to me we woulnt even have that because i don't like drunk people there unproductive loud noisey prone to commit crime and alltogether disorderly but this is were some more of my compromise stuff comes in. However i believe it is just so ingrained in our socity that it must continueplus we can tax itr to death state revenue YaY!{another pause if time permits I was gonna originally go with the exact opposite of this and go with the legalization of all drugs but then I saw what drugs could do to someone on tv and i relized when you get on that stuff you don't want to work you don't want to be productive you don't care about being smart pollotics motivation taking care of your family or anything you just want more ,and you will do anything to get it.} There are a few safety measures in place however to discourage impropper use of alchol such as if you commit any crime at all while under the influence of any alcholwhether it be shoplifting or mass murder you loose your right to buy alchol for the remainder of your life [after that you can buy it again though] the police dept. would put an notice on your ID so when the guy at the 'liqour store' scans it it will not allow him to complete the transaction. And to counter act the drug war wich will surly ensue punishment for drug possesion and selling of drugs must be increased util the sale of drugs is brought down to a degree of practical nonexistance even to the point of making it a capital offense to own drugs if that's what it takes to send a messege.

We will not restrict people rights to own any items including firearms.Unless you prove to be encapeable of handeling such items. Example bob owns a gun shop bob accedently shoots one of his customers not once but three times. I don't think bob should be allowed to continue his sale of firearms. SOme states at this point have outlawwed possesion of fire works this governments oppion on this is why should everyone have to suffer because of stupid people another example sally is holding the worlds biggest bottle rockect in her hand she lights it and forgets to let go it then drags her to her neighbors house setting it on fire and burns down half the town luckyuly no one is hurt but i don't think sally sould be allowed to own fireworksever again.

Now Our leagal system excuse me our justis system is highly streamlined as we have no lawyers because they seem to have an ability to get the guilty out of trouble which is wrong. I am a firm believer in evrey action has an equal and opposite reaction meening that if you kill some one but someone you are put in jail or executed not set free on some beuracratic hangup. People would defend them selves have the right to a quick and speedy trail like in modern America but must defend themselves in the proseces. a Jude or neutral jury of there peers will decide whom may be the innocent parties. NOw if you are found guilty of a crime you are automatically reduced in rank by a full step and must serve time in prision fitting to the crime. Our prision system is vastly difrent then those seen today were inmates have access to a gym a tv free food an an hour of excerise. Our jails are factorys.Now these arn't like work camps were we work people to death these are factories were we produce things for the army (tanks,clothing, wheels,guns,ammo,boots,etc) every inmate works 8 hours a day (may work more a day for an early realease) then has the rest of the day in his cell were he is free to partake ofanything he wants like our education center we will have in all prisons for the guy who wants to better himself They obviously receive three balanced meals a day. Now yes this does meen that life in prison is life on the assembly line. NOw I get alot of people saying this is inhumane but allow me to point out we have no death penalty here because as far as the states conserned even a murderer can work an assembly line. MY whole IDea behind this is YOu didn't want to be a good productive citizen on the outside of the bars so now were goonna make you be one here. Take your choice people freedom or FORCE either way your going to have to work.

Economics

we have no formal meens of currrency as none are really nesscacry in this day and age we have digital moeny that comes from any moeny you generate or your company generates gos to the government which then distributes said moeny to people based on there rank in society There will be a retirement age at which people will pull social security if it is economically feasable to offer it for example if we have a population of 1000 and they each have two kids then we have a population of 2000 whos tax moeny can be used to support the ritireing 1000 parent generation but if we have 1000 people and every two people have one child then we will have 500 people trying to support 1000 people and that just simply can't happen. so as sad as it makes me to say it prepare for your own retirement just incase uncle sam cant affourd one for you. but I don't think this will be an issue as the population is prettymuch constantly growing

Every citizen in the country qualifies for welfare with a few stipulations welfare is a four year program which may be used in a countious four years say as a little extra funds for your college degree or it can be drawn for intermitten parts of time like you lost your job and you need something to help you while you locate a new one or if your old and have never used a day of it you can retire four years early.upon termination of the four years you can not receive any more financial aid from the government period end of story. NEcuase continuation of the distribution of moeny with no work leads to hereditary positions of people never work just getting free moeny. NOw like I said I can understand BOb mentioned earlyer gets fired from his gunshop or the government buys it out whatever if he has trouble finding a job for say a couple months during this time he draws welfare. so yes we have welfare but we keep it for its original intention helping people not hurting society.

Politics

I will open with a quote because what Im going to say is gonna sound bad at first "I reject any government in which the village idiot gets the same say as Aristotle" I'm sure most people would agree that we need people who are smart to run the country. I call it a moddified republic politicians may only come from the upper group of people (meaning that there crime free smart and motivated all traits we want in a senator or presedent right?) And they are elected into office..First you would agree that we want smart people making decisions in government right? if not turn off your computer and hit your face with a rock until you get smarter.Now not everyones vote is equal the people in the top group each one of there votes counts as three each persons from the middle classes vote counts as two and for the lowergroup there vote counts only 1 per person.

The term limits are a little diffrent The elected officails once elected serve for life (or until the citizens get together and vote them out of office and votes like this may occur at any time whether its 5 minutes after innaugeration or 50 years.

INstead of a congress and all that great beuracatic mess we will replace it with the obvious all American solution instant gratifacation. THere will be no congress and the presedent will have total power except he cant mess with the people basic rights those being listed in the Bill of Rights and all the following amendments. instead of a congress there will be a government website much like face book only for polltics not for socializing for example kary pual and Ryan are angry about the new taxes so they form a group the group gains followers and the presedent sees this on his side as a growing group protesting his new tax pollicy as well as a group that could easily click the impeech button and get him out of office

You see the only reason we have a congress is why? to get the peoples voices heard and in the 18th century sending someone in the place of hundred of thousands to millions is the only way that could be acheived. Now through technology we can keep the same idea going with much greater speed and everyone can be heard heck there could even be a chat with the presedent button were the presedent could video chat instead of giving speeches to the groups of people and disscuss why he feels such actions are nessecary. in my mind this would remove alot of the I am mighty presedent we do what I say. and in its place put ok I'm the presedent now so what do you guys want? ok we will dothat or that sounds like a good idea. OR perhaps in time we could even eliminate the office of presedent and have a trully self ruling society.

(obviously there would be higher security on it then what the military uses to prevent remote hacking of nuclear missleswhich im no electrical engeerneer by any meens but im sure its possible with all these remote guidance systems. anyway oh and hacking into a government site is treason punishable by anywere from life in factory-prison to televised execution depending on the severity of the damage.)

ENding remarks Yes i know what your saying I don't like what your trying to do here because everyones not equal. well allow me to answer that with a question. DO you want stupid people running the country? YES or No? MY outline here going back to the whole compromise ideal gives more authority to thoes fit to lead and decide on pollocies while still ensuring everyones voice is heard.

ALso I get alot of "your too hard on the criminals." REally? do you want Crooks murders rapists running a nation YES or No?

ANd they one I get the most " YOUR A SOCIALIST!" FIrst of all no iam not a socialist and trust me I think I know what party i am currently afilliated with. Secondly yes there is moeny redistrbution but look at why it is not to help the poor that's communism or give the government power that's fascsim, IT is instead to reward those people who are most usefull to our society and encorage those who are not to become so. I think most people would agree that smart people and hard working dedacated people are owed a higher niche in life then those who would join gangs commit organized crime and contribute to in general anarchy.

The next one usually follows the previous. I would never support any socialist policy even if it does help everyone. ok so when your 75 refuse your socialsecurity because that is about the most communist thing ive ever heard. don't get me wrong i think the old should be suported by us just because there old. but as far as economics goes that is communism or at least heavy socialism
