no that dosent ha that's pretty silly no you can still figure skate probably very well besides over time with training and effort you will be able to do that standing up and on ice so it dosent matter now if your starting if you are pretty advanced that would be bad i am AA figure skater to and have been in national competitions so good luck!

Herma Planck-Szabo of Austria was the first woman to win a gold medal in the Winter Olympics when she won the ladies singles figure skating competition. Two days later, Helene Engelmann of Austria won gold in mixed pairs figure skating with her partner Alfred Berger. Helene Engelmann and Herma Planck-Szabo were cousins.
