German can be a very difficult language to learn but very beneficial. Just be sure you understand the articles (der die das die) because every single word has one and you have to memorize them. Also be sure to have the general rule down e/st/t/en/t/en for conjugating verbs because certain verbs may be irregular. So I wish you luck!
I want to learn = Ich will lernen
just search for something that you think people would want to learn and if you don't see any videos there for that topic then learn about it and make a tutorial for it
Ich möchte Deutsch (sprechen) lernen.
for most, Paris , Hawaii, Jamaica etc. for one straight answer: Switzerland! It's totally awesome! but you might want to learn french and German and Swiss-German.
It really depends on the school you go to.I had to learn English from 5th to 10th grade, than I had to choose a second foreign language in either 5th or 7th grade. This is what you have to learn, but if you want to you can learn a whole bunch more.
There are no requirements. I'm sure there are many french and German people who are even trying to teach their own dogs and cats french and German even at this moment. If you want to say "cat" in french, say "Le chat". But seriously, you should probably have some experience with other romance languages such as spanish or English. It will be easier to learn French. If you want to learn German, you should probably look into the Germanic languages. Although I took an introductory course in German and I didn't find it all that different from learning Spanish or French or Japanese, and I've learned some of all of those languages. The best thing you can do is rent some movies in French or German. I recommend Run Lola Run for German. Good luck.

If you live in the southern US, learn Spanish. If you live in the Northeast, Midwest, or California, it might be better to learn Arabic (but Spanish would still be useful). If, however, you just want to learn a language that will make it easier for you to pick up technical terms (and not to help you interact with potential clients), learn German.
