Yup perfectly normal - Bub usually likes movement so when you are pottering about you are rocking them to sleep and they tend to move less. When you stop the ride is over and bubba is likely to protest and make their own party....
If you are at all worried about ANYTHING to do with you pregnancy talk to a midwife, nurse, doctor or obs. They are always the best source of information.

Generally a first time expectant mother will not feel movement and kicks until later on than a second timer. Usually most first timers begin to feel the baby, onaverage, between the 18th and 22nd week.
