Jokes! dont ever say that! Well i would do it on facebook or something because then its not that scary or something. Make sure thought you dont get thosde akward silences and try to talk about stuff she likes. Try to find out her intrests by talking to one of here best friends. You can also ask if your friends with her friends and ask them who she fancies. If you're confident and have stuff in common then its good.
