Replace the turn signal flasher first under the dash near the column but You may have a bad turn signal switch. On your model, the hazards and turn signals use the turn signal switch assembly. New $300+ ;salvage yard $ 40.00.
Look at the relay for the flashers, that should fix your problem.
in mark 8's they use a controler to make flashers flash. this module has gone bad

The timing or crankcase sensor needs to be checked and most likely replaced.
try replacing the flasher. there should be two, one for flashers and one for turn signals
turn signals and emerg flashers work off a flasher can. go to any auto store and buy a new one they are cheap and easy to replace
I'm guessing that all of the light bulbs have been checked and are good. It's possible that you need to replace the flasher.
Try replacing the flasher relay.
The sensor may be defective/broken. I would have that checked or replaced.
If a washer pump was replaced on a Jeep Wrangler and is still not working the fuses should be checked. The washer switch should also be checked as it could also be causing the pump not to work.
Was the gasket replaced? Have you checked the hose and the heater core. Is everything tightened down?
First, make sure the 4-way flasher switch is off. Some flashers only turn on when the turn signal is on as well. If the flashers STILL come on when the turn signal is on, you probably need a turn signal switch... it's inside the steering column and depending on the vehicle type, it can be a real pain to replace, or it can be quite easy. But that just about describes everything that can go wrong.
