I too have been taking duphastan... But then i stopped it because there was no improvement for me. I too have bilateral PCO. My cycle still wasnt normal wen i stopped dupheston. Den i changed the doctor.. and took some other medicine and took it for 3 months.. continuously. those 3 months i was told to exercise and loose some weight. Wen i was having that medication for 3 months, i didnt have my periods. But then after that since 5 months, my cycle is perfectly fine and normal. Now i have 28 days cycle. So far so good. I hope i can conceive now. Fingers crossed.

Women with PCOS can still get pregnant, as they may occasionally release an egg ( ovulate ) to be fertilized. A woman with PCOS should practice safe sex, and use birth control as there is still a change of pregnancy.
I have the same problem... they diagnosed it as polycystic ovarian syndrome. In order to regulate the periods they may put you on birth control.
