You just bought a new samsung HDTV 23inch 1080p tv and you get moving horizontal lines on your tv but only on certain channels Is this interferenc of what is it Is there anything you can do to it?

Take the TV to another location and see if the lines are gone. If you are connected to an antenna, you might need a bigger or better one to overcome the interference.
