I love people who hate buns
this is because the resteraunt put the dressings on the top part of the bun, while the meat is cooking, to be more time efficient, then simply place the meat in the completed and dressed bun.

Well it depends on where you eat, but the short answer is A LOT! Just to give you an idea, the Chili's Oldtimer Burger w/ cheese is 880 calories...that is with just the bun, meat and cheese.
There are about 280 calories in a cheese bun.
If you want to add meat you can depending how you like it.
