You took a digital pregnancy test it said no pregnant when you took the stick out one line was dark and one line was faint could you be pregnant?

When I was pregnant both of my OB doctors told me that you can get a false negative but that you will not see false positives because they are testing for a hormone that is ONLY present when you are pregnant. So if a test says that you are pregnant you need to see an OB
Clear Blue digital gives false positives every now and then. I got one positive with it, then negative blood, other test negative. If you rip open the test you might see it's negative inside. (with the lines). Amazon reviews warn about people getting false positives with this one.

∙ 15y agoNo. There are always 2 lines on the digital tests. There is a scanning "eye" inside in the test that scans the test line for a certain hue of blue (you can't see it with the naked eye). If the "eye" dectects the blue hue then the test reads positive, it not, then negative.

∙ 14y agoDigital hpts can show 2 lines once you eject the stick and say not pregnant but dont rely on this as a positive. I know how much it can suck to wait it out for a positive but dont let this deceive you. Digital test are made to also pick up your LH wich is done in POKs. So one line is for your control and one is for LH. Companys do this so they can cover POKS and HPTs with the same patent but only digital ones. The cartridges can actually be interchanged.
