From talking to others, No, they say it just hurts more the second time around.. or third or however many. Ask your professional piercer about your situation and have them take a look. They will know and explain why or how to do it in a way that isnt=)

Your going to have to try again with that question, the way it is written it makes no sense. I have no idea what you want to know. I will tell you to do yourself a big favor and avoid tongue piercing. If they do not know exactly what they are doing they can screw up your speech really badly. Also, pierced tongues tend to get infected often, the mouth is full of germs.
