well the truth is that you dont really loose weight. You might loose a couple of kilos for a week, but as soon as you eat again, you put on about 3-4 kilos. Its not worth it, just do it the natural way. (exercise)
well i do it all the time and i lose about 4 kilos.i only drink two glasses of milk daily and chew lots of gums to forget about eating.good luck
