I've got a friend who is 13 and she is 9 stone. She always feels down about her wait but she knows that she must feel good about her self, and that it doesn't matter how old you are or how much you weigh. You are 100% not over weight!
I guess it depends, I am exactly the same but I had this discussion with my brother as he says I carry the weight well but I said some people look overweight and some look ok. That said, I do feel a bit heavy so have taken up a walkin route. I basically walk for an hour (half hour each way) daily just above my comfortable walking pace so I work up a little sweat, do this 4 times a week, substitute things i.e, baked crisps for normal ones, Jaffa cakes for biscuits, (I have a sweet tooth:) basically substitute things and also look for the fat and saturated fat content on things rather than calories. I know you didn't ask for diet tips but it throws a couple of things if you want to shed a few pounds. I wouldn't say I'm unhappy, just a bit consiius
