Well, if you love her, you do not want to cause her more pain, so convincing her to go back with you would do exactly that. Until you go to counseling and make real changes to your belief system, you would be more than likely to do the same things again. You can learn about what you were doing with counseling. Then, own up to it since it is abusive behavior so you can make changes to the way you act with those you love.
