This could mean you either tested too early for pregnancy or that your period is due. It could also be implantation bleeding (where the baby attatches to the wall of the uterus). Wait one week, if your period does not materialise, do another HPT (home pregnancy test) Good Luck!

What if your pregnant and bleeding heavy for 1 day but no clots or tissue?
Go see your doctor or go to the emergency room. You aren't supposed to bleed when you are pregnant.
