Although I have almost fifty years of automotive repair experience, I have none on your vehicle. However, that should not make a difference, as most automotive wiring systems are more alike than different.
The only thing I can think of is that somehow, you have an INTRCONNECION between some of the wires in the two separate circuits.
This could be the result of someone, who doesn't know what they are doing, working on the wiring system, and "crossing over" some wires.
Another possibility is that the subject wires run PARALLEL, AND in contact with each other. inside a wiring harness, and ONE of the wires OVERHEATED, melting the insulation on both itself, and the wire for the OTHER circuit, allowing the two copper wires to come into contact with each other.
This definitely should NOT happen, and indicates that you have a VERY SERIOUS problem, which if uncorrected, could lead to the total destruction of your wiring system, and worst case, your car!!!!!
You should disconnect the battery GROUND CABLE RIGHT NOW, and not reconnect it, or use the car until a WELL QUALIFIED automotive electrical technician has found and properly repaired the defect.
