That's pretty good - anything between 90/60 and 120/80 is ideal. Check this if you're worried: http://www.bpassoc.org.uk/BloodPressureandyou/Thebasics/Bloodpressurechart?gclid=CKTNv5HPnKYCFY9O4QodWj79Xw

blood pressure of 103/68 is normal but it is on the lower side,an ideal bp is 120/80 mm Hg as stated above and below that points toward hypotension, above 140/90 mm Hg is called hypertension, there are several stages of hypertension like prehypertension, stage 1 and stage 2 hypertension, you can visit this site http://treathypertension.blogspot.com/ for more information.

You 77 - diastolic reading is good. It should be below 80 and it is. You systolic reading of 137 is slightly high. It should be below 120. Follow proper diet and exercise. Avoid too much salt. Make sure it does no go above 140/90.

For blood pressure to be normal, the top number, or Systolic reading should be below 120. The bottom number, or Diastolic reading should be below 80. So, a reading of 112/69 is great.
