Unfortunately, "text sex" can be a strong sign that your relationship isn't as ideal as you may have thought. Yes, it was cheating for this reason: it was done behind your back, was something that you feel very bad about, and your boyfriend didn't consider your feelings when he did it, thinking you'd never know. Text messaging is both a great communication tool and a horrible curse; texting can be done anywhere, anytime, with anything being said in secret. Your boyfriend doesn't believe he owes you loyalty and now the decision is yours: forgive it and move on or face the fact that you're in a different place than your boyfriend. Very difficult and a situation that many people face.

Again, if you accidentally bumped into your ex then this is not cheating and tell your boyfriend to grow up!

I found out my boyfriend had been cheating on me on valentines day which also happened to be our one year ann. so maybe my reaction could have been a little bit of an over reaction because of the circumstances but, I broke his nose and moved out our place never spoken to him again to this day and that was a few years ago . remember once a cheater always a cheater . they make take a break on cheating but, they will eventually do it again. There's no reason to completely stop talking or hurt them like i did but, dating them shouldn't be an option anymore.
