throttle plate stuck?
I'm not sure. When I'm driving, I take my foot off the gas and the car jerks and when I have to stop and I push on the brakes the car revs and jerks forward and occasionally stalls
The idle is set too high, the accelerator linkage is sticking, or your foot is on the accelerator. Most likely one of the first two.
You have to upgrade to the full premium version to experience the hd accelerator and the Itunes download accelerator.

Partide Accelerator
accelerate charged particles to high energy
A good QA program that can overlook the essential parameters of an accelerator and a good collaboration between different categories of workers such as engineers, physicists, nurses, etc., help to keep a high uptime of the accelerator.
The device is called a Particle Accelerator.
A particle accelerator used to accelerate particles at high speeds will not fuse together and create a new element. The particle accelerator uses electromagnetic fields to move charged particles and contain them in well defined beams.
Its probably the throttle position switch.
A foot arch is the part of your foot between the toes or front of your foot, and the heel of the foot. If you have a high arch and do not wear proper shoes with a good arch support you can experience strong pain in this area. You may even want to consider shoe inserts.
Perhaps you have not engaged the clutch? The accelerator is designed to increase the RPMs. If you provide no resistance it will rev until it explodes.
