Move on...why would you even consider doing anything else? You can find any number of great relationships out there, so the longer you hang around waiting for, or trying to get back, someone who obviously isn't interested in you, the more you miss out on finding a great relationship with someone else. Get going!

Hate is a very strong word and I highly think he hates you, but the relationship is over. He has a new girlfriend now so learn from this past relationship and move on as painful as it is. You can't make someone love you.
