I know it's hard and I'm not in your shoes so it's one of those "easier said than done" scenarios but...why give HIM the satisfaction of being the one to make the choice...for that matter, didn't he already? If he's only going to "partly" love you and "kind of be confused"...why would you want it? Find someone who wants nothing MORE than to be with you, and doesn't question his love even a little bit. You deserve it. Furthermore, she'll want him less once he's no longer taken. The thrill is gone and YOU "ended" it on YOUR terms. Now that's killing two birds with one stone!
