If you know for sure that you are not prego (via store bought test, etc. done at least twice to make sure no mistake was made) then it could be stress, diet change, hormonal..... (also happens in athlete)many factors affect menstruation. But if it doesn't show by next month, IMO it would be a good idea to go to the doctor anyways just to make sure it is not serious.
