The pros for using technology in managing work priorities is having applications and software that can make things more organized. Using technology eliminates the need for paper which can be lost, is less cost efficient, and is harmful for the environment. You can also add alerts to certain pieces of equipment that can more effectively keep you on schedule. A con would be that technology is always changing and these changes can be hard to keep up with. Also, a power outage can occur, causing your technology to crash and power off which would lead to missing files and documents if the hardware was not backed up.
