This Skyline has made Cincinnati famous among chili fans. Skyline Chili operates and franchises more than 130 restaurants in Ohio and four other states that specialize in Cincinnati-style chili. The chain's menu features its signature "3-Way" chili dish (chili and cheese served over spaghetti), as well as chili dogs (coneys), chili burritos, and chili cheese fries. In addition to its restaurants, the company markets canned and frozen chili through retail grocery stores and mail-order sales. Nicholas Lambrinides opened the first Skyline Chili in 1949. A management group, along with private equity firm Prudential Capital Partners, owns the company.
