Teleflex Incorporated (NYSE: TFX), headquartered in Limerick, Pennsylvania, is an American manufacturing corporation providing medical devices used in critical care and surgery. Teleflex has annual revenues of $2.4 billion, operations in 28 countries, and more than 14,200 employees.[1] In March 2009, Teleflex sold its instrumentation business to Veethree, which hired most of the Teleflex employees and continued building products.
Patent case
It was a party in the KSR v. Teleflex patent case decided by the Supreme Court of the United States concerning the issue of obviousness as applied to patent claims.
