WCI Communities develops luxury, leisure-oriented communities for affluent consumers and retirees. The company constructs single- and multifamily homes and residential towers on Florida's east and west coasts, as well as in the suburbs of Boston, New York, and Washington, DC. Its master-planned communities often include amenities such as golf courses, tennis courts, recreation centers, marinas, hotels, and restaurants.
