Candidate will join our Support Team and be responsible for providing email and forum support to our community of users. Responsibilities will also include in-house technical support. Prospective candidates must have good writing skills and strong technical background. WikiAnswers.com (http://wiki.answers.com) is a wiki-based, user generated content site where users can both post questions on any topic and provide answers to questions. - Strong writing/verbal communication skills
- Experience with Web 2.0 community support
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and Internet browsers

- Full-time, 5-day work week, to include Saturdays
