Neil Armstrong (born December 23, 1932 in Plympton, Ontario, Canada) was a linesman in the National Hockey League.
Armstrong started his officating career in 1957. Neil officated 1,744 games, which is more than Gordie Howe played in. He retired in 1978 to take up scouting for the Montreal Canadiens. Neil was elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1991.
