Rich Dredge

Rich Dredge heads business and editorial operations as General Manager of Answers’ premier digital property Answers.com, which includes the top Q&A consumer site and its social and mobile applications. Prior to joining Answers, he was Chief Architect for InterContinental Hotels Group’s (IHG) $6 billion global sales channels, managing technology and operations for IHG’s e-commerce, call center and B2B platforms. Rich has served on industry boards Open Travel Alliance and Hotel Technology Next Generation. In 2000, Rich launched numerous Internet-based companies including an enterprise hosting firm, and has been deeply involved in internet commerce since 1995.

Caleb Chill

Caleb Chill is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Answers, responsible for advising the company’s executive management on a wide range of legal matters, primarily commercial transactions, M&A activity, corporate governance and intellectual property issues. He comes with more than 15 years of corporate law and M&A experience, and joined Answers in 2012, after serving as General Counsel for the publicly-traded Answers.com since 2005. Previously, Caleb was an associate in the corporate department of Sills Cummis & Gross P.C., and held an associate position in the international department of a leading Israeli firm known today as Pearl Cohen Zedek Latzer Baratz. He holds an LL.B. and MBA from Bar-Ilan University of Israel and is admitted to practice law in both Israel and New York.

Andy Ketter

As Vice President of Marketing for Answers’ premier digital property Answers.com, Andy Ketter is responsible for product strategy and execution of all traffic acquisition for the site. He spent more than 10 years in varying leadership roles at internet startups, with a focus on technology, sales and marketing. Prior to joining Answers, Andy was one of the first employees at MonsterCommerce, serving on the leadership team through its acquisition by Network Solutions in 2006. He holds a BS degree in Computer Science and a BA in Applied Mathematics from SUNY Buffalo.

Jon Pomranz

VP Finance, Answers.com

John Pomranz

Jon Pomranz brings more than 30 years of financial, operational and M&A experience to his role as Vice President of Finance for Answers, with an extensive background in the internet, retail, consumer products and manufacturing industries. He has been with the company for almost eight years, playing a pivotal role in the acquisition of five companies. Prior work history includes senior-level financial and operational positions during his seven years with United Industries/Spectrum Brands and thirteen years at May Department Stores. He holds a bachelor of science degree in Finance and Business Administration from Bradley University.

Chase Wimberly

Chase Wimberly serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Answers, responsible for creating growth and corporate value through strategic M&A, divestitures, capital raising, strategic planning and integration management. He brings six years of experience in corporate development and 14 years in the internet industry playing various roles in business development, product management, online marketing and as an entrepreneur. Chase has a B.A. in English from Stanford University and MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Chase Wimberly

Chris comes to us from SunEdison, where he held several key HR leadership positions. He led their Global Talent Management team and more recently served as HR Business Partner for the Residential and Small Commercial Business, which at one point included over 1700 employees. He has a diverse professional background, including five years as VP at a St. Louis consulting firm and another five years on the faculty of the University of Missouri – Columbia (MU). He has expertise in Global HR, M&A, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Executive Development and Organizational Change. He holds a BS in Psychology (University of Virginia), an MS in Rehabilitation Counseling (Virginia Commonwealth University), a Masters in Public Administration from MU and a PhD in Counseling Psychology also from MU. While not working, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and 9-year old son, Luke.
