Parchy (also, Parchi) is a village in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan.
The word Parchy can also be used as a term to describe promiscuous women, who tend to strive for men's attention: Zeltzin and Tomisha are so parchy that their lives revolve around going to every basketball game.
