Robert Anton worked as an associate editor for Playboy magazine from 1966-71 and wrote several books, including the science fiction series known as the Schrodinger's Cat Trilogy. He was the co-author of the Illuminatus! Trilogy, and a modern cult figure among conspiracy buffs and advocates of mind-expanding drugs.
