What does the imprimatur mean?
Answer . It's Latin for "let it be printed". It is official authorization, usually granted by a bishop, to print a Catholic book or other Catholic publication.
James received his education in the Catholic seminary. He is a Master Catechist, teaches an adult Catechism class and the RCIA.
If imprimatur is for books or publications what is the counterpart on websites?
As of September 2013, I know of nothing that the Vatican has putout as far as approving websites, certainly nothing with the samevalidity of an imprimatur.
