- Parts of the Aphex Twin track "Bucephalus Bouncing Ball" appear in several scenes of the film each time the main character repeats his monologue about "π".
Music video
A music video for "πr²", using an alternative mix of the title track, is a special feature on the π DVD. The video consists of footage from the film intercut with stock color reels of ants, harking back to one of the film's visual motifs.
