1 Canadian Mechanized Brigade Group (1CMBG) is a Canadian Forces brigade group that is part of Land Forces Western Area of the Canadian Army. Originally headquartered at CFB Calgary, it is currently based in CFB Edmonton 53°40′28″N, 113°29′29″W in Alberta with two major units at CFB Shilo in Manitoba, and consists of nine Regular Force units:

Two regular force units of other formations (408 Tactical Helicopter Squadron of 1 Wing and 1 Field Ambulance of Canadian Forces Medical Group) are collocated with 1 CMBG at CFB Edmonton and work closely with the brigade group, but are not officially a part of it.

1 CMBG is scheduled for rotation into Afghanistan from February to August 2008.
