15 Christmas Favorites is an entertaining collection of traditional pop, adult contemporary, and easy listening interpretations of classic and contemporary Christmas carols. Although there are a couple of instrumental tracks by Guy Lombardo and Ferrante & Teicher on the collection, almost all of the disc is devoted to vocal performances. There are a few undistinguished moments, but they're nevertheless pleasant, and they're also outweighed by such fine cuts as Nat King Cole's "The Christmas Song," Bing Crosby's "Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!," Lena Horne's "Winter Wonderland," Dean Martin's "White Christmas," Glen Campbell's "I'll Be Home for Christmas," Lou Rawls' "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas," and Nancy Wilson's "That's What I Want for Christmas."
