The 1906 Ultras are an independent supporters group for the San Jose Earthquakes of Major League Soccer. The current group is a result of a merger between the San Jose Ultras, an Earthquakes supporters group and the 1906 Supporters Club of the California Victory, a now defunct USL First Division team in San Francisco. The 1906 Ultras occupy section 109 at Buck Shaw Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The goal of the group is to create a passionate atmosphere at Earthquakes games, both at home and on the road.
Affiliations
The 1906 Ultras have collaborated with the San Jose, California-area grassroots movement Soccer Silicon Valley, and plan to work with other supporters groups such as "The Casbah" in the future to create the best home field advantage possible.
