This French compilation features 18 tracks from 1943 to 1947, spotlighting Navarro on seven tracks with Andy Kirk and His Clouds of Joy, seven more as a member of the Billy Eckstine Orchestra, and a four-song session as part of Kenny Clarke and His 52nd Street Boys.
