The Buffalo Bills finished the National Football League's 1994 season with a record of 7 wins and 9 losses, and finished fourth in the AFC East division. The Bills were 4–4 at home and 3–5 on the road. The Bills failed to qualify for the playoffs for the first time since 1987.[1]
In Week Fourteen, the Bills were still in postseason contention, before losing their final three games and finishing the season with a losing record.
