The 1999 Kids' Choice Awards was the 12th annual edition of the awards on May 1, 1999. It was once again held at Pauley Pavilion at UCLA in Los Angeles, California. Britney Spears performed live from Orlando, Florida. About 6.2 million kids participated in voting.
