The second of four volumes devoted to Lalo Elizalde, 20 Exitos con Banda Recodo de Don Cruz Lizarraga, Vol. 2 collects a generous sampling of Elizalde's most popular collaborations with Banda Recodo and bandleader Don Cruz Lizarraga, including "Por una Mujer Bonita," "Arboles de la Barranca," "Dicen Que los Ojos Negros," and "Jesús María Burgos." These tracks, along with "Hay Unos Ojos" and "Crucillo Estrada," define this collection's sound, which is oriented in traditional banda and norteño music.
