The 2003–04 season was the 15th season of the Orlando Magic in the National Basketball Association (NBA). The Magic lost 21 games more than the previous season, falling to a league-worst 21–61 record, the franchise's worst record since 1991–92.
After a 1–10 start, coach Doc Rivers was fired and replaced by Johnny Davis.
