As the title suggests, 2003 Ano de Exitos Bachata y Merengues features some of the year's biggest bachata and merengue hits, including el Gringo de la Bachata's "Gringo Muere de Dolor," los Toros Band's "Querube," and Oro Solido's "La Nalgadita." Other highlights include Raulin Rodriguez's mellow "Morena Yo Soy Tu Marido," Grupo Mania's "Sácala a Bailar," and Antony Santos' "Dámes Más."
