As the title suggests, 2003 Ano de Exitos Pop features some of the year's biggest Latin pop hits, including Enrique Iglesias' "Héroe," Paulina Rubio's "Tal Vez Quizás," Juanes' "Nada," and Emmanuel's "La Intrusa." The collection ranges from soft, smooth pop ballads like Luis Fonsi's "Quisiera Poder Olvidarme de Ti" to hard-hitting rap like Control Machete's "Si Senor" and Orishas' "¿Qué Pasa?." Other highlights include As Meninas' dance hit "Xibom Bombom" and Vivanativa's "Si Tú Me Quieres."
