The 2004 Wimbledon Championships were held between June 21July 4, 2004.

On the men's side of the draw, defending champion Roger Federer won his second of five consecutive Wimbledon titles, defeating Andy Roddick in the final. The women's title was won by then-unknown 17-year-old Russian Maria Sharapova, who defeated Serena Williams in the final; she became the first Russian player, male or female, to win Wimbledon, and the second-youngest player to win Wimbledon.
