The 2005–06 season was Arsenal's 14th year in the Premier League. This article shows statistics of the club's players in the season, and also lists all matches that the club played in the season.

At the start of the season, Arsenal lost to Chelsea 2–1 in the FA Community Shield at the Millennium Stadium. Arsenal finished 4th in the Premier League, pipping North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur to the last UEFA Champions League spot on the final day of the season, where Arsenal beat Wigan Athletic 4–2 at Highbury, which would turn out to be the final game at Highbury, to make way for Arsenal's new stadium, the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal finished runners-up in the UEFA Champions League, losing 2–1 to Barcelona in the final, despite taking the lead. Arsenal could only reach the 4th round of the FA Cup, getting knocked out by Bolton Wanderers, losing 1–0. Arsenal reached the semi-finals of the Football League Cup, getting knocked out by Wigan Athletic, 2–2 on aggregate, Wigan winning on the away goals rule after Arsenal lost 1–0 at the JJB Stadium and won 2–1 at Highbury after extra time.
