  • Oakland → Cincinnati (PD). Oakland traded a conditional first- or second-round selection in this draft along with their 2012 first-round selection to Cincinnati for quarterback Carson Palmer.[source 3] The second round pick becomes a first round pick if the Raiders win a divisional playoff game.[source 4] Some reports have indicated the conditional pick is also based on playing time and incentives.
  • Seattle → Tampa Bay (PD). Seattle traded a conditional seventh round selection to Tampa Bay in exchange for tight end Kellen Winslow II.[source 5] The seventh round pick can elevate to a sixth round pick.

Forfeited picks

  • New Orleans will forfeit its second-round selection as part of the punishment for the team's 2012 bounty scandal.[1]
