23 Marina is a residential skyscraper in Dubai and was built by the Hiranandani Group based in Mumbai, India. The tower has 90 floors and is 395 m (1,296 ft). It is the world's tallest all-residential building.[3] The tower has 57 swimming pools and each duplex in the tower is equipped with its own private elevator.[4] The tower is composed of 289 apartments.[1]
The building was 79 per cent sold before construction started.[5] The raft was completed on April 30, 2007.[6]
In June 2011, 23 Marina topped out and became the second tallest building in the city and the tallest residential building in the world.[7] The handing over of the apartments is yet to commence.[8][9]
