Sheet with an 8980 by 19'60 printing area surrounded by a border, used in outdoor advertising on poster displays. A 24-sheet poster represents 24 multiples of a standard one-sheet poster, which is 280 high by 410 long. When assembled, the 24-sheet is 4 sheets high by 6 sheets wide. In the early days of outdoor advertising, each of the 24 sections was pasted on the poster panel, or billboard, by hand, but printing presses are larger today and a 24-sheet now usually consists of only 10 to 12 sections to be pasted on the panel.
